Nyagua ships using Royal Mail for all packages except for large packages. We ship domestically within the UK and to all international destinations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct shipping address at the time of order placement, and Nyagua is released from any liability should the customer order with an incorrect address.
Nyagua is released from liability for delays in shipping once a package has left our care. We are unable to control shipping factors such as weather, staffing errors, or delays and by purchasing a product from Nyagua, the customer recognizes that all shipping profiles are estimates and not guarantees of time. Any customers purchasing from Nyagua that are not located within the UK may be responsible for additional taxes and import fees as determined by their country. We are unable to pay for these additional fees and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are uncertain regarding whether or not your country charges import fees, please check with your national mail carrier prior to purchase.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders (unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty) Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)Items on sale
Conditions of Return
Should you wish to request a refund or exchange you must submit this request by email via our contact page within two (2) days of receipt. If you are requesting a refund or exchange on an item that is damaged in transit your email must include clear pictures of the damage.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their order is correct at the time of placement, and by purchasing a product from Nyagua, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth within these policies.
Customer service is important to Nyagua, and so should you be dissatisfied with your product for any reason, we do encourage you to message us directly.
